Food Factory 2012 will include several types of side events and / or successive:

1. Scientific conferences, following four consecutive thematic sessions. They will be presented with simultaneous translation in French and English,

2. Coffee breaks dedicated to poster presentations and scientific exchanges between participants,

3. Brokerage event: individual appointments (scheduled in advance) between sellers and buyers of technologies, in the context of industrial development and R & D,

4. A specific conference day (on Thursday) dedicated to companies,

5. An open Conference for general public(on Thursday 5^th, late afternoon) regarding the future of food production from a societal perspective,

6. A gala dinner (on Thursday 5^th).
